SmallBussi is an online booking platform that connects local cleaning businesses with their customers. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the SmallBussi platform at smallbussi.com.

2. SMS Messaging Program

Program Name: SmallBussi Notifications

Description: SmallBussi sends SMS messages to registered merchants for two purposes:

  • One-time password (OTP) verification codes for account login.
  • Booking notifications when customers create, cancel, or modify appointments.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. OTP codes are sent each time you log in. Booking notifications are sent each time a customer takes action on your booking page.

Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.

Opt-out: You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS from SmallBussi.

3. User Accounts

Merchants register by providing their phone number and verifying it via SMS OTP. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and phone number.

4. Booking Services

SmallBussi provides a platform for customers to book cleaning services with registered merchants. We are not a party to any agreement between merchants and their customers. Merchants are responsible for fulfilling their booked services.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
  • Impersonate another person or business.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the platform.
  • Submit false or misleading information.

6. Limitation of Liability

SmallBussi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our platform, including but not limited to missed bookings, SMS delivery failures, or service disputes between merchants and customers.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via SMS or by posting a notice on our platform.
